Stone Forest Debuts New Products for 2009
New collection showcases classic and contemporary designs redefined in natural materials.

SANTA FE, NM – Stone Forest takes its cue from nature’s blueprint, creating classic and contemporary kitchen and bath designs from stone, bronze, bamboo, copper, iron, and hardwoods. Its new line of products features fresh interpretations of the classic stone console sink and an exciting transitional vanity in Carrara Marble. Stone Forest continues to expand its line of stunning bathtubs, carved from single blocks of stone in a variety of materials such as black granite, limestone, and multi-colored onyx. The new Rubix bathtub in Carrara Marble transforms this classic material into a sleek, geometric shape. Also featured in this new collection are the Veneto Pedestal Sink in multi-colored onyx, the Verona Vessel Sink in white bronze, and the contemporary Quattro sink in double walled copper.

New Products Include:

Vintage Washbasin: Traditionally fabricated with a porcelain basin and stone countertop, this classic vanity sink is carved from a single block of Carrara Marble and is offered with or without a backsplash. Combine the subtle detailing of the washbasin with a Watermark Traditional Stand in polished nickel, and bring a new “old world” feel to the bath.

Circa Vanity: The Circa Vanity is also hand-carved from a single block of carrara marble, and offers a bold, architectural alternative to the Vintage Washbasin. Two options for the stand include open Palmer legs, or a wengé or maple cabinet by Vanity Flair.

Medium Bordeaux Vanity: In 2007, the Bordeaux Vanity was introduced in a width of 36.5.” Also, a fully transitional piece with a modern spin on classic detailing, the Bordeaux will now be offered in Carrara Marble and Jerusalem Gold Limestone in a smaller width of 27.”

Veneto Pedestal Sink in Multi-Color Onyx: Inspired by classic Italian design, this striking, barrel-shaped vessel is carved from single blocks of multi-color onyx. The sculpture includes a cavity in the back that can accommodate a light source to enhance the luminosity of these architectural forms.
Verona Vessel: The Verona vessel sink, a dramatic contemporary design, is cast in white bronze and comes in 24” and 36” lengths.

Rubix Bathtub: This sleek, showcase bathtub brings a stunning architectural presence to the bathroom. Carved from a single block of Carrara Marble, the Rubix Bathtub is a stand alone sculpture for the bath.

Copper Quattro: The contemporary Quattro sink is crafted from double walled copper.
